Easter Recording

Spent most of easter recording in the studio. I ate a boiled egg in celebration of easter. my easter breakfast/lunch. My great friend, Brian D. Coats, from North Carolina School of the Arts who is now a famous stage actor in NY, reminds me I have always been on rock n roll time.
I am never awake, fully, before 10am. And oh..how hard I try. I look forward to presenting a wide awake recording of what we have been tweaking over in the next month or so...

So excited we just booked Subterranean for April 11 w/ Shelley Miller. This is a fairly early show, so I am hoping all you early sleepers will make it out. We go on at 9pm.

I went to this "musicians at work" music forum event held at the cultural center which was sponsored by the Chicago music commission. A sweet young girl who is a writer for the Gapers Block web publication approached me. We exchanged a few words over a crowded loud backdrop. She taped me. And here's her article. Enjoy.
